Parish Council meetings take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Eastington Village Hall, usually commencing at 7pm. Planning Committee meetings take place on the 4th Thursday of each month, also at Eastington Village Hall. Committee meetings are only held when there is sufficient business. Please see below for agendas for further details of meetings, and minutes of previous meetings. Draft minutes are added to the website within 2 weeks of the relevant Council meeting and are subject to confirmation at the next Council meeting.
